Located at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, the Lee Business School is home to nearly 4,000 students and ranks among the top 5 percent of business colleges and schools worldwide.

CSD Architects is providing design services for the new 135,000-square-foot Business Academic Building that will house their prestigious program. The new facility will be transformative for students, faculty, staff, campus, and community, reflecting the mission of the Lee Business School to cultivate leaders who transform business. The building is conceived as a catalyst for engagement with the business community and will become the new gateway to campus.

The building design is driven by ensuring student success. It will provide advanced technology in state-of-the-art classrooms, collaboration spaces supporting faculty-student interaction, advanced laboratories, offices, an “incubator space” for student ventures, and a sterling executive education space reflecting the status of a world-class business school.

This project is targeting LEED Gold, Green Globes and WELL Building Certifications.
