CSD is providing architectural design for the University of Phoenix nationwide. We assisted the University of Phoenix in developing their current design and construction standards as well as their green standards. Our projects include new construction, tenant improvements, facility assessments, interior design, ADA compliance, needs assessment and LEED / sustainable design. All projects are provided with extended CA. To date, we have completed over 400 projects with a combined area of over 5 million s.f. The projects consist of flex classrooms, administrative office space, dining rooms, student resource centers, interview rooms and vocational rooms.
