The Las Vegas Convention Center Expansion Project includes 1.4 million SF of Convention Space, which includes meeting rooms, food services, and a 600,000 square-foot exhibition hall. It will be home to the world's largest tradeshows and exhibitions. Carpenter Sellers Del Gatto Architects is a member of a premier team of Architects that includes tvsdesign as Architect in Association with TSK, KME, and Simpson Coulter Studio as consulting architects. This portion of the project is under construction and will open in December 2020.

The Las Vegas Convention Center Renovation Project is renovating and expanding 3.2 million square feet of existing campus. The complete renovation will result in the existing meeting rooms, exhibition halls, and other amenities having consistent technology and aesthetic qualities appropriate for the expansion project.
