Caesars originally wanted to execute a very light refresh of carpet and paint in the treatment rooms and corridors. As the project developed the scope of work increased to a more elaborate remodel which included casework in the treatment rooms, Salon, Retail, Men's and Women's Showers and Fitness area remodels. The Parks spa (Mandara) had been operating as a third-party company inside the Paris Hotel and Casino. Caesars wanted to re-brand the spa and control the business operations. The Spa was re-branded as the Voie Spa & Salon.
