Fire Station #91 is the new prototypical facility for the city of Henderson Fire Department through a joint agreement between the City of Henderson and the Inspirada Master Planned Community.

The project consists of 10,890 square feet of fire fighter barracks and storage bay for firefighting apparatus. As a City of Henderson project, the building satisfies the Green Building Standards, and is LEED Gold Certified.

The facility provides a secure, flexible, functional, low maintenance building that is respectful of the local desert environment, adheres to the Inspirada Commercial Design Standards, and is responsive to the needs of the expanding West Henderson communities. It provides respite for Fire Fighters and EMTs for them to perform at their peak both physically and mentally while providing 24-hour, 7 day a week emergency response and disaster relief services.

Following prototypical Fire Station #91, CSD Architects completed Fire Stations #85, #87, and #92 is in progress.
