Carpenter Sellers Del Gatto Architects (CSD) is a full service architectural firm established in 1986 in Las Vegas, Nevada. CSD has been designing award-winning architecture in the desert southwest since 1986 and is committed to creative designs that address the needs and wants of our clients while enhancing the community. CSD includes three principals who have been in the area since the late 1970's who are dedicated to enhancing the architectural integrity of design while creating buildings of substance and longevity.  CSD's philosophy is based on sound design principles and superior client service.

Our team of 25 professionals is accomplished in completing a wide range of project types. CSD's extensive experience comes from projects completed with city, county, state, and federal agencies as well as the private sector. Our experience includes fire stations, education, office, warehouses, transportation facilities, retail, medical and LEED.  We have LEED accredited professionals on staff who have all worked on projects that are LEED certified or are currently targeting LEED certification.
